Art Ocana responded to my first Internet inquiry. His follow through was excellent from start to finish. A friendly, genuine person and a very fine professional. Additionally Art’s boss, the General Manager Chad Chicon honored all commitments and extra requests including replacement of a skid plate at the dealerships expense. I drove from the San Antonio, TX area to Phoenix to hand over my Ford F150 King Ranch in trade and to pick up this 4 Runner. I was in and out in about 1.5 hours and back on the road returning to Texas. The Earnhardt team including Art, Chad and their Finance Manager had everything organized and ready. There were no delays or “hitches”. Everything was done “as promised”. Excellent service. I am 64 years old and have purchased lots of vehicles over the years and this is was one of the most trouble free transactions I have ever experienced. Many thanks to the Earnhardt Honda team! I bought a 2012 Honda Civic and I love it! I have owned a Honda Civic Hybrid and, most recently, Honda Insight. I wasn’t even planning on buying a car but Tony Rodgers put me in a brand new car with not much down and only $20 a month more than my current 2010 car. I was so impressed with the new Civic. Dennis Farrell made this a very easy and enjoyable experience. I first contacted Earnhardt Honda through their website chat feature to inquire if they had the Honda Fit with a manual transmission. Jasmine on chat said they did and someone from Internet sales would contact me soon. Dennis called me less then an hour later and asked some questions. Promised me an email quote with an Out the Door price. I received the email soon after the phone call. The price was good, we put a hold payment on the car to hold it until the weekend, as live a couple of hours away from the dealership. When we got to the dealership the car was ready, Dennis had all the paperwork ready for us and Louis took care of the finance paper work very quickly. we were out of the dealership in about an hour with our new car. Worth every mile of the 135 mile one way drive to get such excellent treatment. Dennis Farrell, Kevin and Louis were all very nice and professional. I would recommend Dennis and the Earnhardt team to anyone who is looking to buy a car. I will be contacting Dennis when I am ready to buy my next car.

We went to Earnhardt Honda after getting a quote online and the INVOICE price was about $1000.00 cheaper than the another Honda dealer’s online invoice price. The salesman at Earnhardt Honda, Manuel Cabrera, was honest, direct and sincere with us and we got exactly what was promised at the promised price. The financing group was efficient and straight forward, making the whole process quite enjoyable. I would reccomend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

In 2007 I purchased a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid from Earnhardt Honda and it was an excellent experience. I then proceeded to make a big mistake a purchased a 2010 Honda Accord from Bell Honda. The reason for the purchase was to co-sign for my daughter to help her build her credit and have a dependable car to drive. Bell Honda messed up the paper work and my daughter never received credit even though she made every payment on time and the contract clearly stated she was the buyer. I am currently working with the better business bureau to correct the issue.
I traded the 2010 Accord in for a new 2011 Accord with Earnhardt Honda. It was an even better experience than the 1st time. Earnhardt Honda is continuing to raise the bar and improve their service. I can honestly say it was the best buying experience I have ever had. I have purchased 24 new cars in my lifetime and this was the best. I told them what I wanted and they gave me a superior price!

OK Buying Experience

Finally decided to go back to Honda and relieve myself of the headaches from “Ruby”. I had previously spoke with Chad and had his card so when I went in to Earnhardt Honda, I asked for him. Chad came out and after a short conversation introduced me to Elton. Elton and I proceeded to drive the 2011 CRV and then to the negotiation table where Chad appeared. After negotiations, I informed them that I had been shopping and I gave them the price I had gotten at another dealership earlier that day. Chad took it and came back and said they could beat that price and we basically sealed the deal. Then after waiting for about 2 more hours, I got into finance, which did not take long because I had to leave and pick up kids. Elton got me a loaner car to use while they made the changes/additions to the CRV. I picked it up the next evening and Elton was very attentive to showing me all the workings of the CRV. We toured the little service area and Elton introduced me to the service manager.
Overall my buying experience was OK, lengthy but ok. Elton was professional and understanding and I felt comfortable discussing the vehicle with him because his concern was that I be happy with the vehicle.

If buying a Honda is in your near future Earnhardt Honda is an outstanding place to shop for a new car. I personally worked with Elton who made my purchase of a 2011 Odyssey a great experience. I also have a 2006 Honda Pilot and have used their service center as well. Sometimes when you buy a car you really find out the truth about a dealership at the service center. Had a very pleasant buying experience at Earnhardt Honda. Andre was exceptional in the finance department, and didn’t try to load me up with things I didn’t feel I needed. I purchased a Honda Accord V6 with Navigation. I was a little overwhelmed by all the instrumentation, however, my salesman, Elton Edwards did a wonderful job showing me in detail how everything operated. I actually made a bet with the finance manager that he couldn’t get me in and out of his office in under 10 minutes… Needless to say, I now owe the finance manager!!!! LOL!!! This is a very good dealership and they really go the extra mile when needed. There is just one of their sales managers that needs to learn how to just “go with the flow and not try to force the situation”… I would definitely recommend that if you go to buy a car there, make sure and work with Juan Campos and his sales manager Leo… They are the best!!!!

Will Johnson and Tommy Severado, along with the GM are tops. Tommy never misses the opportunity to show you what true professionalism means in customer service and listening to your needs and meeting them. Will is just as sharp on anticipating what it is you would like and meeting that desire before you even have to speak it. Both of these gentlemen are the only salesmen you would ever want or need to get the best deal possible, period. And the general manager has customer service as his ultimate goal, backing up Tommy and Will’s focus on listening to what you want in a car deal and then making it as real as it can get. Finally Martin Callan in Finance is superb and explains all your options without any bias or attempt to upsell you. If you need a car, don’t travel around the state and waste your time and energy only for disappointment. Go to Earnhardt Honda, ask for Will and Tommy and relax. You’re in good hands.

I went in to turn in my lease and get a different car. I was about 8 months early on my lease, but I was getting close to my miles. I was a little afraid that they might charge me what I still owed on the lease. That was not the case! They took my lease and we started looking for a used car right away. My salesman was Juan Campos. I told him my price range and he showed me cars that were at my range or below. We found one that was perfect and started the paperwork. Juan did the best he could to keep the payments where I wanted them. After discussing the price, we agreed and it was done! Very easy and smooth. I was nervous to go in because the “pushy” salesmen scare me, but Juan was not in the least. Thanks so much!!

I want to say “Thank you” to the Earnhardt Service department, especially to Karyn Hatch who helped me with my small issue with my engine oil drain bolt. She was professional, up-front with what-I-needed-to-know and how my last Honda service department in Georgia failed me by not communicating like Karyn did. I worked mostly with Cindy over email who was awesome! Nearly instant responses. I emailed several dealerships in the valley and Cindy was the only one to follow up with me. Earnhardt Honda’s customer service was amazing. They showed they wanted my business. I had no problem purchasing from this dealership. These people are very trust worthy. Marty in their finance department was also a great help. I highly recommend this dealership.

Will Johnson was a pleasure to work with. I initiated contact through the internet on a Sunday night and Dennis Farrell contacted me immediately via phone and email where we established a time to meet the next day.
