2025 Honda Accord | More Value, More Excitement
If you haven’t seen the newest Accord, you may not know that this generation is bigger and better than ever. The 2025 model year brings even more updates with some important standards and more technology.
In this 2025 Honda Accord review, you’ll find out how this midsize sedan has changed for the better. This best-seller is positioned to claim even more fans in the midsize car class.
Accord Prices and Trim Levels
The 2025 Honda Accord offers six trim levels this year, including four hybrid models. With the 1,095 destination charge, the Accord LX price starts at $29,390 MSRP. As a new trim level this year, the Accord SE price starts at $31,655 MSRP with the destination charge.
Stepping up, the hybrid-electric Accord Sport starts at $34,750 MSRP with the destination charge. With the hybrid EX-L and hybrid Sport-L priced in between, the hybrid Accord Touring starts at $40,395 MSRP with the destination charge.
There’s a new emphasis on the second-row throughout the lineup. New 2025 standards include rear air conditioning vents to keep your passengers cooler in our hot Phoenix summers. They can stay plugged in with two new rear USB-C ports. The driver can feel better about kids on the second row thanks to the new rear seatbelt reminder. A new rear seat alert reminds busy parents and caregivers to check the second row before leaving the vehicle.
Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) plus $1,095 destination charge excluding tax, license, registration, op and options. Dealer prices may vary.
New Accord Size and Spaciousness
Gas-powered Accords have 105.7 cubic feet of passenger space while hybrids maintain 102.8 cubic feet. These numbers are better than many SUVs on the market. Be sure to compare if you are looking at sedans vs SUVs.
The large cabin has 42.3 inches of front legroom and a whopping 40.8 inches of rear legroom. A fold-down armrest can be used when there are only one or two rear passengers.
Accord cockpits are laid out for ergonomics and equipped to provide maximum space for drivers. For instance, all models have an electronic parking brake and push button start. A digital screen provides extra space for the information you want to see as well as the critical instrumentation.
All models promise an incredibly big trunk. Cargo volume is 16.7 cubic feet. That’s the biggest you’ll find in the class. The Accord LX has a fold-down rear seatback. With the step up to the Accord SE, all models gain a 60/40 split seatback. This provides more ways to handle passengers and cargo.
Accord LX vs SE
With a value package from the start, the 2025 Accord LX is expected to appeal to a wide variety of shoppers. Favorite standards include the Smart Entry system, Walk Away Auto Locks, and white ambient lighting.
For those concerned with today’s connectivity, the LX has a 7-inch touch display, a digital instrument cluster, Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. For those concerned with safety, it has a broad array of standard driver assistance and other protective measures. All of these advanced devices should make any tech geek feel right at home.
Decked out with special black exterior styling, the 2025 Honda Accord SE adds more comfort with a 10-way power driver’s chair. It adds more sound with additional speakers and more natural light with a power-slide moonroof.

Accord Turbo vs Hybrid
With the LX or SE, the driver enjoys command of a 1.5-L turbocharged engine. Output is 192 horsepower and 192 lb-ft of torque. Keeping operating costs down, fuel economy is excellent at 29 mpg in the city and 37 mpg on the highway.
When you step up to the Accord Sport, you gain the smart two-motor hybrid. This system produces 204 horsepower. This powertrain adds Sport and Individual driving modes. A special Honda transmission, called Linear Shift Control, helps the driver by providing a speed-linked rev feel to gear shifts.
For the Sport, Sport-L and Touring Accord Hybrids, fuel efficiency is rated at 46 mpg city and 41 mpg highway with a combined rate of 44 mpg. The 2025 Honda Accord EX-L does even better. It is rated at 51 mpg city, 44 mpg highway and 48 mpg combined.

2025 Accord Hybrid Models
With an emphasis on fun, the Accord Sport wears cool Berlina Black 19-inch alloy wheels. Cabins have a leather-clad steering wheel, a Qi-compatible wireless charger, and standard heated front seats.
These models have both the digital instrument screen and a large 12.3-inch touchscreen. Stepping up to the EX-L, the cabin gains lush leather seats. The exterior dresses up with Pewter Grey 17-inch alloys.
Building on the Sport, the Accord Sport-L focus on sportier styling and more comfort. It has a power passenger chair and adds memory to the power driver’s chair.
If you want the ultimate in technology, comfort, and luxury, you will love the 2025 Honda Accord Touring. For starters, the ride quality is super quiet thanks to more acoustic windows to shut out the road noise.
Touring front seats are power-ventilated to really take the edge off our hottest summers. The rear outboard passenger seats and steering wheel are power-heated. You also get the maximum dash tech and the most driver assistance.
Standard and Advanced Dash Tech
Standard across the lineup, the 10.2-inch digital instrument panel is easy to use and easy on the eyes. In addition to the regular touchscreen, all models have access to HondaLink Subscription Services. Available Wi-Fi connectivity allows everyone on board the Accord to utilize their smart devices.
The large 12.3-inch touchscreen is remarkable. This hybrid standard includes Alexa Built-in, wireless Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto.
Touring models add the most advanced dash technology to date. Google Built-in makes it easy to use. You can enjoy Google Assistant and Google Maps with a complimentary 3-year unlimited data plan.
The 8-speaker audio system is upgraded to 12 Bose speakers. This provides Touring owners with Bose Centerpoint technology for the ultimate sound. Additional Touring standards include HD Radio and a Head-Up Display.
Safety and Driver Assistance
With their recent redesign, the Honda Accord gained next-generation airbags to reduce the chances of injury for vulnerable drivers and front seat passengers. Of course, the best protection of all is to avoid the crash all together. That’s why every 2025 Accord has a huge suite of driver assistive tech tools.
Honda Sensing provides collision mitigation braking with forward collision warnings. It has road departure mitigation as well as its lane departure warnings and lane keeping-assist system.
To assist with busy traffic as well as long boring drives, standards include adaptive cruise control, low-speed follow, automatic high beams, and traffic jam assist. In addition, a Traffic Sign Recognition System helps drivers keep up with speed limit changes and other vital information.
Additional standards include an automatic parking brake and a driver attention monitor. The SE adds a blind spot monitor with a rear cross traffic alert. Touring models add more technology, including automatic low-speed braking.
All Accords have Honda’s special three-angle parking camera to assist with rear maneuvers. Front and rear parking sensors are standard on Accord EX-L and Touring trim levels. Plus the top trims have tilt-down side mirrors and rain-sensing wipers.
